I've been trying to figure out which one of these threads to comment on. His death is a surprise to me, I knew he was ailing and had gone home from the hospital, but on some level I thought he was already gone...

He was one of the very first activist type figures that I ever understood or heard of in my teens. He ended up becoming such a symbolic human being, his legacy is so important...and this planet will miss him, we need more figures like this today for the opposition ahead...
