Using Dick Cheney's definition, George Washington was a terrorist.

In fact, all of the founding fathers were nothing more than a group of conspiratorial terrorists.

I doubt General Gage would of had much reluctance to putting most of our founding fathers on the gallows. Having one's signature on the Declaration was an admission of Treason.
