The Gop Wants To Turn The Entire US Into North Carolina

North Carolina is the model for the nation. If you haven't noticed one of the most important state posts in North Carolina is held by a billionaire. Austerity rules. And voter suppression is the method to make sure extreme austerity sticks. Punishment and taxes for the poor and vulnerable and tax cuts for the super wealthy.

To add to the misery the GOP is embarking on a plan to make the state red all the way down to dog catcher. So if the dog cather shows up your pooch will get a bullet first. Using voting tricks and gerrymandering they aim to create a totalitarian state that is also Christian.

This model may be coming to a state near you or your state and ALEC will also help the process. Look at how many states are dominated by GOP reactionary politics.

And to think that at one point we were going to pass single-payer health insurance.

All his opponent has to say is 2 magic words--Jerry Sandusky. Even most Repugs I know want Corbett gone.
Gonna take longer to undo the damage of gerrymandering, but it will happen.

Personally, I don't think it's going to work. I feel for the good people of North Carolina, but I suspect this Republican ploy is a last-ditch effort to get as much as they can while they can. It won't last. Americans under 30 have a more favorable impression of socialism than of capitalism. We're getting ready for some real change in the United States.

Not slavery, slaves have to be fed, clothed and housed. Serfs are on their own when it comes to that.
