Business ownership doesn't automatically mean someone's rich. When I worked for small businesses there were plenty of times the owner had to borrow payroll.

7. The better question, of course, "does anyone work for a rich person?"

In reality, for the most part, bosses, managers, directors, and even small business owners, are not "rich" by current standards. They are only a somewhat more privileged slice of the working class. The rich are so many more steps up the ladder. The people you "work for" in most cases "work for" people who if lucky "work for" the rich. But in most cases, it is more steps than that.
