(6,234 posts)To all appearances, with the ACA we are talking about incompetence bordering on criminal negligence and fraud. Someone damn well should be looking into this, and the people responsible need to be fired, and where appropriate, prosecuted.

As for investigated, this is NOT investigating. This is payback against Obama. They have NO interest dealing with issues of procurement and management.
