And if he does, will they have the unmitigated gall to overturn the clear will of the voters?
I'm guessing no on both counts, (but it's almost impossible to underestimate the level of partisan hackery of the dipshits who comprise the Republican majority in Richmond)!

the amount of protested votes is too small to make a difference. Obenshain's main complaint (via his lawyer) is that the election should be thrown out because they believe the Boy Scout volunteers didn't carry the sealed boxes of ballots into the courthouse fast enough.

That said, it is impossible to predict what they will do.

On edit: Obenshain just announced that he will concede today!
