doggie door for 100 lb dog allows thieves to enter ... OF COURSE

This story aired in Los Angeles yesterday. News showed pic of big ass dog door. It was almost half the size of the entire door. Why even bother locking door.

---------_-

The thieves left behind footprints and fingerprints. A neighbor’s security camera captured images of the thieves. For two hours, they carried stolen items out of the home and into a getaway car. Detectives are searching for four burglars, possibly teens.

The family said they wanted to share their story not for donations but to see justice served and warn others.

Gmelich said the doggie door the thieves used to break into his home belongs to his 100-pound Guffman, who, despite what his size may suggest, is more of a lover than a fighter.

“Once they got in, he probably befriended them because he's a friendly guy,” Gmelich said of his dog.

Guffman Moment
When someone, or a group, acts as though they are doing something amazing, or phenomenal, or "really meaningful" or important, when to everyone else they are just humiliating themselves.

Based on the characters in the movie, "Waiting for Guffman," or any of Christopher Guest's ensemble films.

At least that's what they are here in new england. Then again raccoons are basically feral burglars, with rabies too, so perhaps they have a point.

here. Except they beat the poor dog so bad it had to be put down. Big reward out but so far nothing. They had just installed it a week before and the dog was so proud he had his own door he refused to use the regular door. And the dog was harmless, just wanted to play.

I hope they resist arrest and give the police very little choice but to eliminate the need for a fucking trial. Anyone who would beat a dog to death deserves that, at least.

THREE times (got caught twice!) before they closed that thing up. Happened right down the street. Great gang over there. The HS'er took a chainsaw out of the other neighbors garage in broad daylight. Thank Jah they moved.

And I certainly wouldn't put in a doggie door for them. That's just leaving the back door open, although come to think of it, I don't often lock the back door.
