Whether they committed a crime they can be charged with is another question.

IMHO, the main thing to watch is the possibility of charging a conspiracy to stop the electoral vote count, which would definitely be a crime.

Trump could also be charged in that conspiracy.

I have no idea how to judge how likely this is, but in my opinion it should happen.
