http://www.nj.com/politics/index.ssf/2014/01/nj_judge_denies_port_authority_officials_request_to_quash_subpoena_in_gwb_bridge_case.htmlTRENTON A state judge denied a request from David Wildstein, a former Port Authority official who shut down lanes on the George Washington Bridge in September, who was asking the court to excuse him from testifying before the state Assembly today.
The courts move gives the green light to what is expected to be a fiery hearing in the Assembly transportation committee later today.
