like his Chief of Staff becoming AG; the subpoena authority of the commission looking into the bridge-gate issue expiring when he is sworn in a second time... He should be suspended from all duties and not sworn in until the matter is dealt with. That being said, not likely that my suggestions would happen because the wheels of injustice must keep turning...

Not sure there is a legal process for keeping him from being sworn in. This is a rather new form of abuse of office and it will surely take a long time to hash that one out.
