Tea party crazy Angle is back.........

Failed U.S. Senate candidate and conservative activist Sharron Angle today filed an initiative petition proposing to amend the state constitution to prohibit state-based health exchanges under the Affordable Care Act.
..............

In December, Angle called a press conference to announce she was filing a petition to repeal the law that has already established the state-based health exchange. She canceled that press conference and filing after learning she couldn’t file such a petition until after Jan. 1.

Angle has apparently changed tactics since then. Instead of attempting to repeal the law, Angle’s petition would amend the state constitution. If she gathers enough signatures to qualify, the petition would be on the 2014 and 2016 ballots for a public vote.

.............

Gov. Brian Sandoval is one of a small handful of Republican governors who have created state-based health exchanges.
