Worst Police Sketch Ever?

This as about as bad as police sketches get.

Two women in Texas were robbed at knifepoint in broad daylight Thursday by what appears to be a peripheral character from the Charlie Brown universe, or possibly Beast Jesus.---HuffPO

It looks like something a kid would draw. It also fits the general description of about 5000 people I've seen! LOLOLOL!
