1. That's what we're living under right now it seems.

There has been no better time than now to take away their tax exempt status than now.

2. That would be one solution. The other is to quit funding them

using tax dollars. For example, Catholic Charities, a misnomer, collects $2.00 of tax revenue for every $3.00 it says it spends. They collect that taxpayer revenue without regard to any Catholic superstitions as to the origin of the money. However, when they start doling it out, it is all about the superstitions and how their freedom of religion is being threatened.

3. The Mullah/Bishops are trying to impose catholic/sharia on us all

It was even mandated by their supreme mullah (the Pope) that we get universal health care (excluding birth control).
