Glamorizing war or normalizing a violent practice against an unprotected demographic of people?

Both are "just speech," but both are acted upon. War kills more innocent people than the attacks against homeless people, so I suppose that is worse, yet in better taste because of our societal norms.

There's the unintentional glamorization of specific acts of violence and there's the intent of the speakers.

If you are, can you please explain more about this threat?
If you're referring to someone else, can you just let us know?

That would be a call out and against the rules. But just generally, which is worse?

You're making the reference for some reason, I just don't know why. I'm going to decline to answer what I feel is a loaded question (whose payload I cannot ascertain). thanks.

the vets job was to kill people. Who threatened to beat up a homeless woman. Both things are repugnant. A little context would help before I submit my vote.

but the wounded vets job was to kill for a living. I dont think that is worthy of honor, by ymmv. As for the President honoring the vet, thats his choice. Im assuming you we are referring to the State of The Union speech

Can't really talk about that publicly, you will get alerted on. Even though it's the truth, a lot of people don't know about it and the ones who do know, don't care it is the truth.
