(1,721 posts)The AM radio waves are longer, and therefore, AM stations come in better in rural areas. The Repugs figured this out in the 1980s.

(1,721 posts)It's difficult for me to believe that there are no articulate Liberals living in cities with over 200,000 people. I've known some people who recommend everyone write letters-to-the-editors on a daily basis as SOMETIMES they might publish a letter (once a month?).
The Left really has been shut out of any political dialogue.

(17,055 posts)I think there are a lot of Indy's in suburban areas. It seems that in the more rural areas people are more likely to have chosen a party. Who knows, that's just what I feel.
