although to be fair it might be similar to a case we had here locally some years ago where an informant ratting out a former colleague (who was small-time basement grower/seller) made him sound like Tony Montana...So of course the cops sent a small army to make the arrest...

And the funny thing is the cop at the end of the segment said, "we got some dangerous people off the streets tonight..." Dumbass doesn't know practically every one of them will be bonded out in a couple hours?

I shit you not, the cops today were bloviating about all the youths they're saving from the dangers of weed like they're air calvary in 'nam.
