it is a good thing people are digging deep into this law so any flaws can be addressed. We should continue to tweak the law here and there as needed to make it the best we can for Americans. The law is not going away no matter how much the loonies want it to, so we need to improve upon it every way possible. If this is the truth about certain medicines then it needs to be addressed pronto. If not then keep trying Fox... We appreciate it...

still dealing with it and it's co-infections.

For me it's Babesia and I will likely fight with it for at least another year.

The better plans would cover more drugs.

The way my insurance plans have always worked is that there is a three-tiered formulary (could be more or less I guess), with generics on the cheap end, preferred name brands in the middle and non-preferred drugs on the highest tier (meaning you pay the highest copay).

I got the flu and the doctor prescribed Tami-flu, which apparently is quite an expensive drug, so it was on the highest tier. I pau $64 copay for 10 pills. I can only guess how much it would have cost without insurance.

I would bet that every drug is covered to some extent.
