ACA BUMP? - 51% of Likely U.S. Voters approve of President Obama's job performance.

The Rasmussen Reports daily Presidential Tracking Poll for Sunday shows that 51% of Likely U.S. Voters approve of President Obama's job performance. Forty-eight percent (48%) disapprove (see trends).

The latest figures include 25% who Strongly Approve of the way Obama is performing as president and 37% who Strongly Disapprove. This gives him a Presidential Approval Index rating of -12.

this has been a long term trend. Anybody have an explanation? I haven't heard it discussed. I do recall some discussion about Rasmussen changing their model a certain number of months before Presidential elections. Funny I love polling but can't stand when they call me on the phone

to get to a negative number for PBO when his approval is in positive territory. Haters are always more passionate.
