Jennifer Marie Vargas, 34, allegedly grabbed her boy by the scrotum and ripped open his sac at their home on the San Antonio-Fort Sam Houston military base in San Antonio on Sept. 27.

Unbelievable cruelty. She brutalized her son.

(5,420 posts)I was wondering why someone stepped in to question why it was posted today instead of OCt. Wasn't in late breaking so I saw no issue.
Wish they hadn't posted it though coz it really bothers me that this kid had this done to him. I have a grand son that age and can't get this out of my mind now. I worry about all the kids in the world that can't just be happy kids.

(72,300 posts)I worked for child protective services for a short time. I hated to return an abused child to the home he or she was removed from.
I didn't think you were complaining. I was merely trying to help. I think this tragedy has all of us upset knowing that children are at risk.
