shit, I just realized why Kerry is talking up the environment so much on his trip

He's providing political cover for himself and Obama over the forthcoming approval of the Keystone XL

when they approve keystone is to say see we are doing this and that so don't feel too bad about the pipeline.
Which by the way doesn't get it with me. The next time OfA calls me I will be ready!

I think he's getting us ready for his disapproving the pipeline...Obama today talking about increasing gas mileage is in the same vein...

Let's hope anyway

If there's a covering of butts, I think they're covering each others'.

But it's Obama's decision. Hey, maybe Kerry is just covering his own ass, though I agree with you that it is probably a mutual CYA project.

It's like teabaggerism has become a way of life.

Screw reality. Let's just make up stuff constantly. Obama is sitting in a room somewhere conspiring to kill grandma, screw the poor, turn the federal govenment over the to one percent, who believe he's trying to kill them too, and blow up the planet.

Right now is the period of public comment and comments from other agencies. Then he gives his advice to the president.

I cannot tell you what he will decide as I am not a mind reader, but he is certainly one of the people who has been fighting the most against global climate change, to the point of being ridiculized by his own party for his obsession.

But no, he cannot give an advice now.

I have high hopes they both will when the time is right.

I AM an optimist, but given Kerry's history, how could he not?

of Keystone being minimal? Last I checked he was SOS...so it was his department, and no, it was not a report left over from Hillary.

the money they put into approving the pipeline will surely be the reason many Dems lose their seats.

If it helps the environmnet, then so be it.

I heard where even Republican landowners don't want it going thru their ranches...towns..

To "realize" as opposed to "fantasize"...

These are two different words, you know.
