I would seriously urge people here at DU to resist labeling the protests as being spearheaded by one group or another, or that any one particular interest (foreign or domestic) is driving them. In the end, it is indeed a Ukrainian protest where demonstrators are Ukrainian. And we can only hope that it resolves peacefully with the best interests of democracy and human rights and freedom from government corruption at hand.
