It is the jerk-off issue (the bathroom reference above) of Sports Illustrated. Women wearing next to nothing in poses to suggest their only purpose in life is to sexually serve whoever is holding the magazine.

The OP is poking a stick in the eye of the many who objected to the objectification of women it represents (generally) and the propriety of posting it (with as many pictures as the poster who started the thread could grab) in GD a few days ago.
