(8,361 posts)I can't believe Oregon makes the state give back any excess above a certain percent with no rainy day fund. Not sure where other states fall.
But speaking of Minnesota, maybe they can direct some of it to upgrading/rebuilding infrastructure.

(505 posts).. to balance his budget. And Jesse screwed up our rainy day fund with refund checks. Where did all those "fiscally responsible" Repugs go, after their party headquarters got foreclosed on? We can't let them get in power again. To say nothing of them forcing a state government shutdown, while getting in each other's pants.
