Seriously? Remind me, what is his job? Yes. speaker of the House. So, what is blocking him to put a bill on the floor?

Boehners suggestion that he has been tackled by people that just dont want to deal with it is an oddly passive construction, given that he is the Speaker of the House of Representatives.
Either a terrible speaker without any power on his conference, or a liar.
