During this crisis, actually two.
Kissinger. (I think that is a good thing, quite frankly I do not like him. That said, my dad admired him, but he did not know half the stuff Kissinger did)
Zbigniew Brzezinski, no relation, but I am very curious how he sees the Russian moves on the grand chessboard. I admit, reading his books back in college did influence how I tend to think of these issues of war, peace and the grand chessboard.

Now will do some reading. I like Zbigniew, maybe because he served under Carter. (And I read him in graduate school) Sometimes he's been on the Rachel Maddow Show.

Kick in to the DU tip jar?
This week we're running a special pop-up mini fund drive. From Monday through Friday we're going ad-free for all registered members, and we're asking you to kick in to the DU tip jar to support the site and keep us financially healthy.
As a bonus, making a contribution will allow you to leave kudos for another DU member, and at the end of the week we'll recognize the DUers who you think make this community great.
