Let alone have access to my wifi password.

Face it. Your hero was part of the big story of government overreach that has spurred citizens to protest and demand change. He may be lauded in history books at some future date. But the entire way he went about this leaves a bad feeling with a lot of Americans and to this date it is hard to really trust his motives or half the shit spilling from his mouth since he became a resident of Russia.

7. Snowden Only in Russia Courtesy of U.S. Government.
Sat Mar 8, 2014, 02:09 AM
Mar 2014

The only reason Snowden is in Russia is because the U.S. canceled his passport while he was in Hong Kong and about to travel, via Russia and Cuba, to South America.

The U.S. government loves to demonize him for being in Russia, when they made sure he couldn't fly anywhere else.

The truth of that is proved by the fact that the U.S. government had its allies bring down the air plane in which the President of Boliva was flying through Europe to Boliva, believing that Snowden was on board. It is a very good thing he wasn't.

Snowden has been offered asylum by Venezuela, Nicaragua, Bolivia and Ecuador, but he can't safely get to any of those countries.

Snowden is a very brave man who has done an incredible service to not only America but the world.

Would that any of our Democratic congress people would show similar bravery and defy the CIA's absurd classification controls and tell the American people the truth about what the CIA is doing.

Hm? And he didn't choose to stay in Russia, so you can't hang that on him.

So if you don't trust Snowden, then do you think this is all made up? Do you think the NSA was not spying on anyone, anywhere? They were. So why don't you trust him?

Anyone who trusts them is a fool. The government has proven time and time again since Reagan that it's function is to fuck over it's citizens. To wage un-necessary wars, to shift the burden to the poor and middle class, to increase the wealth of the wealthy by stealing it from the workers. To deregulate industry and allow them to run rampant, polluting our water, our air, and our ground, stealing peoples homes and pensions.

You have been burned time and time again, over and over for the last 35 years..

Fool me once shame on you.. fool me twice.. Won't get fooled again...

Sucker.

stolen from you, cheated you and killed innocents in your name.

You trust a government that lied about Vietnam, Grenada, Iran/Contra and Iraq. You trust a government that sold weapons to a supposed enemy so they could use the money to finance "rebels" in yet another country.
You trust a country that does secret trade deals behind closed doors. You trust a government that signed The Patriot Act before they even read it.

You trust a government that collects your "meta data" just in case you decide to become a terrorist or a criminal.

But Snowden? That fucker donated to Ron Paul!!!!

If people aren't outraged and taking to the streets over the NSA, that is an indication -by no means conclusive of anything- that perhaps the issue is not all that important after all. Perhaps spy games conducted by the bureaucracy pale in comparison to people not having jobs, crumbling infrastructure, the ongoing crush of climate change, minority rights under attack, etc.

Perhaps it's time to reassess your position that this subject is deserving of post after post.
