IMPLANT. cheney got a heart IMPLANT.

if cheney got someone else's heart put into his chest cavity, that would be a heart IMPLANT, not a heart TRANSPLANT.

did the wizard of oz give the tin man a heart TRANSPLANT?

i don't think so.

please use the correct terminology.

Halliburton subsidiary KBR did some pretty shoddy wiring work, with fatal results in G.I. showers in Iraq. If I were Cheney, I'd get that thing inspected--fast!
