If you're unaware, the Koch brothers have already dumped high six figures in an attempt to keep a progressive income tax off the ballot in Illinois.

This online poll is in a hostile paper in a swing district, and they write news stories as if their online poll results are scientific, so a vote for #3 (Amend Constitution and allow for a progressive income tax) would be much appreciated.
