1. We know for a fact ...

That young people are woefully delinquent in voting in midterm or local and state elections. And that older Americans vote in larger numbers.

That said, I think the portrayal of older voters as cranky, "get off my lawn" types who watch Fox News is a bit unfair. There are a lot of seniors who are reliably liberal, and not even cranky.

2. The media will be working to make sure the angry guy stays angry ...

... and that Democrats hear nothing but discouraging news at every opportunity.

And when there is good news, they will play it down or discount it completely, in an effort to depress the Democratic vote as much as possible.

5. In my daily walks along the intracoastal I've become talking friends with college kids from PB

Atlantic. This is when they slow down and just heavy walk.. Anyway I asked if they were going to vote this November (I'm in Florida and can't wait to get rid of Scott) and they all said yes, definitely. I dared not ask their party choice but I'm thinking kids that age and in school are very aware how important this election is...
