(1,450 posts)I know that some would say that this is wrong, in that I am sourcing all of my news from just one outlet, but, I just don't believe a fucking thing I read in the unfiltered corporate bird cage liner press. I HONESTLY feel that news is disseminated here in a way that lets me weigh the pros and cons of arguments for and against the veracity and/or impartiality of the source/reporter.
By dog, I just don't trust mainstream media, anymore. It's fuckin' sad.

Kick in to the DU tip jar?
This week we're running a special pop-up mini fund drive. From Monday through Friday we're going ad-free for all registered members, and we're asking you to kick in to the DU tip jar to support the site and keep us financially healthy.
As a bonus, making a contribution will allow you to leave kudos for another DU member, and at the end of the week we'll recognize the DUers who you think make this community great.
