boehner says he told mcconnell that the senate plan wouldn't pass....which republican is lying?

seems like the real problem here is between mcconnell & boehner

why would mcconnell vote on a bill he was told wouldn't pass the house?

SOMEONE or BOTH are lying.

to paraphrase "President Obama should not have to act as the marriage counselor between the House and Senate Republicans"

Also, I'm betting on Boehner as the liar, he's boxed in by the teabagger caucus and his pledge to never do anything that requires Democratic support.

I think we can probably start the countdown on the Boehner as speaker death watch.

but, then again, they sure WOULD be so dumb, screwing themselves (along with the rest of the country.)

Sure hope this debacle makes the news all over, and people understand and pay attention to what it means about repugs.

The House must be FULLY CLEANED OUT!!!

it has to be resolved before it can become law. Whether the House agreed with the Senate ahead of time is anyone's guess??
