...his moving the Supreme Court to more and more extreme positions, under cover of pretending to be "reasonable", makes him by far the most dangerous man in the country. If the Court moves further along the path towards "State's Rights", outright Nullification will again become plausible as a "theory". This will be quite literally the beginning of the end of the United States, and I see nothing other than the death of one or two of the reactionaries on the Court the next two years that can halt it. (No, I don't mean that as any kind of veiled threat, OK? Just an observation...)
