when the terrorists get bored; when they split more than they have all ready; then and only then, the govt will go in. The govt has enough guns, ammo, weapons to blow Bundy and his crowd off the face of the earth. Can you imagine what would happen if the terrorists were all blown away? That includes women and children (the terrorists were going to put them in front of the armed terrorists, a very al qaeda-like type of warfare). No matter what though, barring Bundy's surrender, there will not, sadly, be a peaceful conclusion to this.
