Early voting has been successful in getting more people to the polls.

Also he should set up a national electoral map commission since the states to a great extent have gerrymandered districts terribly.

Would only result in a day off to have fun or something else, those who don't vote won't

The best way to get people to vote is a tax credit for voting, Say $2000 per person

Turn out would be very high over 80% would be my estimate
