Breaking: GD Posts About American Spring Exceed Attendance.

Curious onlookers flock to site of American Spring after reading some thirty-two thousand accounts of the sparsely-attended event, quickly inflating the number of demonstrators.

"They looked like old 'Sixties hippies," mused one demonstrator, "But we can use everyone we can get; besides, most of us look like that, too."

The reason is it would have made the Tea party look even worse seeing all those people looking batty. Now the Tea Party can say, "see most of us are not that wacky".

but it was such a small amount that most won't equate it to the Tea Party as a whole. It would be been awesome for the Democrats to use this for campaign commercials, but won't now because it only shows a small extreme group of 100.

All the excitement here, all the hope?!
Then who comes to power but the Muslim Brotherhood - who, as you may know, doesn't have the greatest record with girls and womens rights (there are none). LGBT community certainly didn't move forward.

Don't think we should be associated with that movement at all - drop the stupid Spring name.
Disassociate.
I want nothing to do with movements that ultimately end with people still being stoned for being gay.

Tell me what do these right wing 'hippes' look like?

You had an amusing title then ruined it with an an cheap attack on the left that fought against civil rights injustices, Nixon and the Vietnam war

At least not the old "Sixties hippies" I knew and hung with. And not at this later date, either.

Besides, while we were often mellowed-out and stoned, their hearts ARE stone. And I use the word "hearts" with some hesitation, frankly. I doubt these people truly have them - the way they behave, the way they talk, the things they believe. They're really rather heartLESS, if you ask me.

He got an under-the-table financial contribution from Twitter, which also benefited hugely.
