I went to see what the freepers were saying about the Vegas shootings.

Freeper1 : Of course the Liberal media is going to run with this all day.

Seriously, it's hard to believe, and grows harder to believe each year, but once upon a time there actually WAS a current of right-wing political thought and activism that displayed those characteristics. I suspect that the right-wingers who still have those characteristics have either retired from politics in disgust or are doing the big sleep.

7. my understanding is that only the husband was a felon (car theft, drug sales)

and, possibly, he had served his time... many states will restore rights to felons once their sentence is over.

In any event, the wife could buy all the guns she wanted.

Can you imagine the Fox Nation outrage if the Las Vegas shooting had been committed by, oh, say Black Panthers or Islamic jihadists? You can bet that this would be a big, fat all day lead which would contain the word "terror." But this act of domestic terror, committed by Second Amendment loving, government hating, Cliven Bundy supporting white Americans with white supremacist links is being ignored (as of 3:45 EDT) on Fox Nation, the place where real Americans can articulate the same kind of hatred shown by Jerad and Amanda Miller who draped that yellow Gadsen flag, so beloved by the Tea Party, over the bodies of the police men whom they shot!
