Tea party FB page strangely silent

Last edited Tue Jun 10, 2014, 02:19 AM - Edit history (1)

Of course the tea party (doesn't deserve caps) completely ignores one of their kind going on a killing spree. Could it be the type of extreme violent rhetoric they crank out 24/7 helps fuel people like the Millers? No that can't be it after all they are "PATRIOTS"! Will the media finally start showing the violent rhetoric these people constantly spout? We need to have a serious national discussion on these so called "patriots" and "militia" groups. Thankfully the DOJ just announced they will be cracking down on such groups.

Fox news must be held accountable for fueling this fire, with declaring Bundy a hero and constantly catering to these fringe lunatics. Free speech is one thing, what Fox News is doing is inciting and advocating violence, which IS NOT protected speech!

I urge everyone to go to the TP FB and voice your disdain for their violent rhetoric. I can't since they banned me lol.

Watch how fox and friends try their damn est to paint these wackos as "liberals". Only this time it's not going to work. They are the poster couple for the tea party and their violent rhetoric.

It's not illegal to be a racist. It's not illegal to voice dissent against the government. Those type of sentiments are Constitutionally protected speech. Obviously you can't practice racism (such as discrimination in jobs or housing for example), but you can say a racist comment and not go to jail.

Unless they actually make a pointed threat or openly advocate for violence, there isn't a lot the DOJ can do other than monitor them.
Alex Jones for example...what he says every day is protected by the first amendment.

I mean Thomas Jefferson said that "the tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants." And he thought a revolt every 20 years would be healthy.
If someone said that today, would you want that person arrested?

The tea party is always bitching that muslims don't do enough to disavow terrorism by muslim extremists. But when one of the tea party's own commits acts of terror, not a peep.

That would mean they would have to admit their ideology is violent and anti-American. Rest assured they are working tirelessly through the night to produce a spin. We'll it likely tomorrow or wednesday.

They should be ashamed of themselves, but I doubt it.

Bet they're regrouping to trot out the next big lie for everyone.

MSM is probably working over time to help them, too.

A statement I laughed at so hard I fear that I've become permanently incontinent.

I know it burst every blood vessel in my forehead. Is there a Dr in the house?
