Utter bullshit.Brat ran against Cantor voting with democrats.
He won because he was promoted by right wing radio hosts,the people who voted for him are right wing radio listeners.The odds are that republicans who would have voted for Candor stayed home because they were sure Cantor couldn't lose.The district is gerrymandered and heavily republican,his "promise" to his constituency was to keep as many brown foreigners out of the U.S.as he can.That's it.
