1. What this is is a change from their old system, which was actually better.

Old Starbucks tuition policy: Up to $1,000 tuition reimbursement a year.

New Starbucks tuition policy: Enroll as a junior or senior at Arizona State University's online program, complete at least 7 courses, then get reimbursed.

Meh.
