I don't think you understand how proportional response operates.

For instance, just because a suspect is assaulting or threatening to assault an officer does not mean that the officer is justified in shooting the suspect because the response must be proportional.

Pardon me for having a lot more compassion for the people this nut violently assaulted


Interesting, because I'm pretty sure shooting a handcuffed person to death is violent assault.
