The "Fun Room"

Anyone out there know about the form of torture known as the "fun room?" Not a movie, but the real thing. I just heard about this. It uses infrasound and turns human beings into jelly.

Infrasound

There is some information at the link detailing the effects of 100 hz and below on the human body. I know sound has been used for a long time in torture, but this is something new and very disturbing.

I found that frequencies between 7 to 25 Hz worked best. You could get many varied effects dizziness, blurred vision, nausea, euphoria, and even a high. Small variations of 0.1 could vary the effect and voltages were minimal.

ETA: I read somewhere that 7.6 Hz is a natural frequency of the earth and a minor variations could cause catastrophic results.
