Judge tells Detroit man he needed a beating

This sets off the prosecutor, who interrupts him and makes one of the greatest courtroom speeches in history, defending the honor of the vast number of young black men who do NOT engage in violence and criminal activity!

I hope she wasn't found in contempt for daring to speak back to the judge because that needed to be said.
