And that Obama was taking seriously the risk of impeachment proceedings.

But the lawsuit is not the same as impeachment proceedings.

The lawsuit is in a court. The Executive might win or lose. If it loses, it can appeal or comply. Or create a mess by ignoring the courts.

Impeachment is in the House, and, really, isn't the same as a trial and removal from office.

They want to impeach Obama worse than they wanted to impeach Clinton, and they wanted to impeach Clinton so much they started investigating him the second his hand was off the Bible in 1993 and didn't stop investigating until a year after Bush moved into the White House. Hell, they even talked about impeaching Clinton over the Marc Rich pardon AFTER CLINTON LEFT THE WHITE HOUSE!
