I would like to build a roadside "WannaTakaHavaLeava Little Library" to put

next to my driveway by the road. My neighborhood gets lots of foot traffic from people walking their dogs or just out for a constitutional. It would be a great way for me to dispose of some of my (way too many) books and maybe get to know some of the people in my neighborhood (and to have them get to know each other).

However, I can't find any plans for making one! DU always is the go to place for ideas and answers. Any ideas?

It's very popular. I don't have any plans, but two things that really added to the attraction are a small bench adjacent, and a blackboard on one side where users can leave comments.

Be prepared to have some little things swiped. The kitty figurines disappeared the first night.
