And for those who aren't familiar, heckling and rowdiness, as conservaphobe notes, are allowed and actually expected, although I think they have issued some warnings as far as civility.

in Kentucky, and is held on the first Saturday in August in Fancy Farm, Kentucky

Just a bit of background for ignorant people like me who might think Fancy Farm might have something to do with horse racing and funny hats, or something.
