I think a lot of this comes as payback for the Bush years because he played golf during the blistering years of the Iraq war and had to quit for a while. It was unseemly. Him out enjoying life, fucking off in public, instead of Crawford.

8. I was about to mention that about FDR

He couldn't play golf as President because of his polio.

On a side note, one of the reasons why FDR is depicted on the dime was because of his establishing the March of Dimes Foundation in 1938 to find a cure for polio.
