probably made that outfit work if his hat and shoes matched the color of his trench coat, and if he ditched the shades (shades are warm weather attire, while trench coats are cold weather attire, kids).

about 2 inches too short on some formal occasion--a state dinner in some other country, I think. I can't find the pic just now, but those were some serious high-water pants.
