So, the king let Bandar Bush create this problem and now he warns us that were going to be the victims of his creation if we dont bring some serious violence to the situation:
If we ignore them, I am sure they will reach Europe in a month and America in another month, he said in remarks quoted on Saturday by Asharq al-Awsat daily and Saudi-backed Al-Arabiya television station.
Terrorism knows no border and its danger could affect several countries outside the Middle East, said the king who was speaking at a welcoming ceremony on Friday for new ambassadors, including a new envoy from Saudi ally the United States.

(915 posts)A criminal investigation by the Serious Fraud Office - which is understood to have discovered the payments but not whether they were illegal - was controversially dropped "in the interests of national security" last year, after Tony Blair warned that the Saudis, vital allies in the war on terror and a stabilising force in the Middle East, would stop sharing anti-terrorist intelligence if the inquiry continued.

"If U.S. security authorities had engaged their Saudi counterparts in a serious and credible manner, in my opinion, we would have avoided what happened," he said.

(23,720 posts)But that sticks in my mind. Now, SA telling us we better do something about ISIS or else.
Why do the Saudis sit silence? Haven't we given them enough fire power for them to take matters into their own hands if they feel ISIS is such a threat?

(13,685 posts)The hundreds of gas fill-ups in your car over the years have given that kingdom all kinds of money with which they have caused all kinds of problems in their region.
It has even been said that we invaded Iraq partly at the king's request so that a secular Iraq could not influence SA's kingdom, or cause lower oil prices.
