Citizen Koch film NOW available for purchase

If you haven't seen this film yet (it wasn't shown very widely in the states), it's now available for purchase:

It's also available on Amazon Instant Video. Not sure about NetFlix - maybe someone can check there for it.

I've personally been waiting for months to get this since it wasn't shown anywhere near me (however the Kochs own the state I live in so that may be why).
