Glenn Beck: Hillary Clinton 'will be the next president'

Glenn Beck may not want to vote for Hillary Clinton, but he is convinced that she will win the presidency in 2016.

Beck, the conservative radio and television host, used part of his radio show on Tuesday to talk about the prospect of Clinton running for president and why, if she does, she "will be the next president of the United States."

"She is going to win," Beck said, matter-of-factly, because Clinton will convince voters that she is the candidate that can take the United States back to "the golden years" of Bill Clinton's administration.

Beck said, "Here's what Hillary is going to do. [She will say] 'Do you remember when America was good? Do you remember when we had jobs and we were building towards a brighter future, and things were really happening? Clinton administration, we had it under control. Things were good, and they weren't great, we're going to do better. We're going to replant our flag in the traditional things that you understand.'"

I am not sure what that means - but I suppose it could mean "Have you noticed that Clinton is white?"

That he is not to bad mouth Hillary Clinton's campaign and get the ignorant hillbilly demographic all pissed of at the possibility of her being elected. It won't be easy because they've spent 20 years demonizing her, but you won't hear anti Clinton crap on your local wing nut radio station this time around.

She's gotten the message. She knows all the buzzwords and she isn't afraid to use them. Wall Street, the defense contractors, the Pentagon and the Koch brothers are all fine with her.

That was a pretty neutral statement he made. It's the start of a major shift in their plans. By 2016 he will be urging his listeners to vote for her.

others choose for her. She has a good record on many issues, has lots of experience and is strong. The DNC is very lucky to have a large pool of good potential Democrat candidates for many offices, it would be a very good basis to start rebuilding the Democrat party to return to control of Congress for the forty years reign in the past. It is my hope is as our young folks grow older and more liberal ideas will be the older group and new generations will not remain RW and TP ideas.

his signing of the repeal of Glass-Steagall & the signing of NAFTA perpetuated the upward redistribution of wealth which began with Reagan, resulting in the massive income equality & the destruction of the middle class that we see today. I also remember her vote to authorize the Iraq War. She was an effective SOS, but that was due more to President Obama's policies than to her. I would love to see a woman president, just not her.
